"We call it *Viper,* your highness." Princess Timmothy scrunched up her snout, confusion and mild disgust painted visibly across her face. "What you have brought me," she began, "Is a wild animal. Drooling, snarling, *look* at it! I'm surprised it hasn't shit on the floor since you brought it in." Stood in the center of Princess Timmothy's throne room was a beast, its eyes wild, darting from target to target all across the room. Its hands, gnarly looking scaled claws erupting from two long furred trunks, remained firmly clasped in thick iron cuffs. Rendered useless, they hung at its ample belly, though they twitched every time its eyes flicked away. It stood on two feet, scaled like her hands, and seemed very much like the individuals surrounding it-- save for its abberant features and apparent lack of any higher cognitive function. Nestled cleanly above its rear was a long, scaly tail, much like the back half of a rattlesnake-- save for the tufts of fur leading up to its massive hairy back. This thing, whatever it was, was a predator, and it had been brought into the middle of a crowded court. It hissed out a low *ssshhh, sssshh*, as if attempting some ignorant display of aggression. "It's not totally without intelligence, my lady!" A wild eyed merchant called out, reaching their insectoid hands up to cock the beast's head to the side. The viper let out a low growl, but remained otherwise docile as the merchant continued and reached up to pull its lips back, exposing two rows of giant canine teeth, including two long fangs that jutted down over its lower lips. "As intriguing as a specimen as it is, we have determined that it can be taught!" "Another beast to play with," The princess snorted, falling back in her chair, "*grand.* I have enough dancing lions and painting elephants, thank you." "No, your highness, you misunderstand!" Another merchant piped up. "Go on, Viper, just like we practiced, eh?" Princess Timmothy quirked a brow. What, exactly, could this beast bring that she had not seen before. She raised a hand, preparing to engage in a motion that she had practiced time and time again, when she heard a low, strangled snarling echo through the room. (maybe bulk this section out a little more) "TTtiiiim-- Tttmmmmmmmmooorrh,,," The beast growled through steel plates, its voice harsh and parched from days of walking without so much as a trickle to lap at. "Mmmmmot.." "Come now, gentlemen, I thought we had an agreement! I fund your journeys, and you bring me back *interesting* specimens, not some-" "*Mmmmoooottthhhyyyy,*" the beast finally choked out. The princess lifted her head, and gave a small snort. "See? It can be trained! It can be *taught!* It very well may just have the capability to become a person in its own right, should it be given the proper motivation, hm?" Mothy looked down at the beast from atop her throne. Truly a lumbering beast, she thought, but not without good qualities. Its shape was robust, yet rounded out with a lovely feminine layer of fat, with two massive breasts, each the size of her head. Its head, more catlike than snakelike, bore two lovely little ears that would look far prettier were they not pinned back in a permanent display of discomfort. A monster? yes. Hideous? Not as much as she had initially thought. Though it was only upon laying her eyes back on the creature's face did she realize that its eyes had not pulled away from Mothy since she began to look at it. Its snout was clasped shut with a thick iron muzzle, but the way it looked at her made her feel as if she were in danger all the same. "We know how you love a project," the first merchant piped up again, though rapidly became aware of the encroaching silence that they had interrupted as soon as they did. For the first time all day, perhaps all month, Princess Timmothy had been stunned to silence. They *had* brought a dangerous animal into her court, and yet, she did not feel the urge to cast them away as she did moments before. She narrowed her eyes, staring beams into the beast's own gaze, only to find that it did such in kind. Was this thing only reacting, or did it truly hold some kind of recognition? She grunted as she dismounted from her throne, her stubby, fuzzy red legs scampering down the polished steps to get a closer look at the creature. It truly dwarfed her, she was less than half of it's size. Upon skittering close enough to it, she found herself face to face with the spot between its legs. A neat little pouch, with a pecker that seemed almost quaint considering the excess of the rest of its body. She reached her hand out to prod at it, only to find her snarled away. "It seems to have a sense of modesty," She mumbled, stepping away and beginning to circle the creature. "I must say, despite its initial appearance, I must commend you. I've never seen *anything* like this before." "We ventured deep into the desert, my lady. Made friends with the locals, then hired a sandskater to take us to.. see the sights, so to speak." "How deep?" "Deep enough to see some true oddities. Glittering caves, the most beautiful, untouched oasises we have ever seen.. but apart from the beast, nothing we could take back." Mothy, having made a full circle, looked up at the Viper. Its eyes had followed her all the way around, and were now once again locked squarely on her. (mothy pays for the viper, and orders her to be locked in the dungeons until she requests her) --- "Bring me the viper!" (mothy has sex with a violent untrained beast slave. it goes horribly, lots of blood, lots of snarling, but mothy sees smiloviper grin upon seeing her harmed. its fun.)
